lol, but seriously, here is layout number 2. Because I confuse myself (and it is 3am) I ended up making this a frame layout. Then I used php headers and footers so every page wouldn't have all the coding for the layout's image table. Then everything insisted on horizontal scrolling, even though I disabled it. So i disabled the scroll on the frame. Hope it will vertical scroll..
